Mason County Fiscal Court achieved KRS START certification on the first submission of their test file (certified 6/29/2011). Mason County Fiscal Court utilized FiscalPay, FiscalHR and FiscalExpress to achieve certified compliance with START reporting, without consuming additional staff resources. We have since helped 19 additional counties using Fiscalsoft software become certified by KRS to submit their retirement records via the START file.

Fiscalsoft is one of only three providers listed in the Kentucky section of the Social Security Administration's businesses web site as providing electronic filing of wage and tax statements (W2/W3).

Fiscalsoft was the first software company certified by Department for Local Government (DLG) to provide electronic filing services to county governments (10/12/2000). Since Fiscal Year 2000-2001 nearly 40 of our counties are capable of e-filing their quarterly financial statements and annual budgets to DLG.
